Information we use
You can browse the catalog without an account. When you contact us, we receive the information you share: your name, phone number, email if provided, destination, dates, departure city, number of travelers and ages needed to prepare a quote or register your trip.
When you book, we use the passenger identification, contact and registration details needed for your requested service. Information about children must be provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorized representative. This website does not take online payments or request identity documents through forms.
The server records technical information such as IP address, date, requested path and browser to operate and protect the website. The private administrator area uses account details and a session cookie; passwords are stored as a cryptographic representation.
Why we need it
We use traveler information exclusively to answer questions, prepare and follow up on quotes, register passengers, arrange the requested trip and communicate information about that service.
We do not use your data for advertising, promotions, commercial broadcast lists or selling databases. The website statistics described below help improve the website and customer service; they are not used to personalize advertisements.
Who receives information
When required for your trip, we share only the necessary information with providers involved in your booking, such as tour operators, transport companies and accommodation providers, in Mexico or your destination country. Sharing is limited to arranging and fulfilling your requested service. Where a processing activity or transfer requires specific consent, we will request it beforehand.
Casa Digital provides website hosting and technical support. WhatsApp processes communications you choose to start under its own privacy terms. Google provides the statistics service described below; these providers may process information outside Mexico. We do not sell or share your information for advertising campaigns.
Cookies and website statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed and clicks on WhatsApp buttons. It may use first-party cookies, such as _ga, and browser and device information to distinguish visits and sessions. A click does not confirm that you sent a message or made a purchase.
Our contact event identifies the trip, language, branch and button location without including your message or phone number. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the integration.
You can turn off optional statistics using the control on this page. Your choice is saved in this browser and you can change it at any time. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser. The administrator's necessary cookie maintains a session for up to 12 hours; it is not used for advertising.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, correction, deletion or opposition under Mexico's ARCO rights, withdraw consent or limit use and disclosure of your data. Submit your request to Administration at the address above; WhatsApp is available for guidance on submitting it.
Include your name, a way to receive our response, the data and right concerned, and enough information to locate your record. You must verify your identity or authority to act on someone's behalf. For corrections, describe the change and provide supporting information.
We will communicate our decision within 20 business days of receiving a complete request and, where applicable, implement it within the following 15 business days. These periods may each be extended once for an equal period when justified. Requests are free, except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs.
Withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively. If information is needed for an ongoing trip, deletion or opposition may prevent us from continuing that service. Where retention is required, we will keep only the information needed to meet that obligation.
Retention, protection and updates
We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request and provide the service, and for applicable periods required to meet legal or contractual duties and address liabilities. It is then subject to restricted retention or deletion. Administrative and technical measures limit access to staff and providers who need it for their work.
